If you need help in organizing a private taxi to reach our place from Airport, Railway station or any other location, we will be helping you out after getting this form filled . This chargeable service can be opted 10 days to 3 days prior to your travel date.
On receiving this form our office will arrange the taxi and share all the details like Name of the driver with phone number, type of Vehicle, cost for the taxi etc. Please note that the taxi operators change the pricing frequently with fluctuating fuel costs.
On the appointed day and time the taxi driver waiting for you and if your pick up location is Airport, you can see the driver in the airport arrivals area with a placard mentioning SDJ Ayurvedalaya welcomes “your name”.

Terms and Conditions :
- The cost we share would include the parking fee at the airport.
- You can pay the driver directly in Indian Rupees.
- In case of delayed flights or stopovers on the way, the operators would add a waiting charge of INR 100 per hour, however you need not pay for essential stopovers and flight delays of up to 15 minutes.
- Deviation in route for your personal needs might attract additional charges that you can discuss with the driver directly.
- As we are located in the middle of a forest, we do not encourage late night or early morning travel to our place but in a remote case, a pick up between 11 Pm to 5 Am will attract an additional fee of Rs 200.
- If the taxi has reached the location and you are not available to board the taxi for any reason, you will have to pay the full cost of the taxi.
- We are just helping you connect and communicate with the taxi/cab operators to make you reach here without any hassles and we take extra care to connect reliable and genuine taxi drivers but we are not responsible for any remote chance of problems if any.
